Middestad Mall

Middestad Mall was one of the first shopping centres to be built in the Western Cape in 1985. It has since been expanded to a GLA of just under 20 000m² and is now cemented as a beloved pillar in the Belville community that offers everything its 700 000+ monthly shoppers need for their daily, weekly and monthly shopping. The conviently located and highly accessible mall connects the vast Bellville commuter market with 60 stores, including major tenants such as Shoprite, Jet and Pep.
