The History

The iconic red brick and white masonry buildings, originally built in 1920, provide an industrial look and feel, full of history and character. Originally developed at the UTC warehouse, administrative block and schoolhouse, the premises feature raw brick walls, exposed ceilings and original wooden flooring.
