ETHICS & KING IV

Growthpoint Properties directors are bound by a code of ethics that forms part of the Board Charter. The code aims to ensure that we conduct our business in line with the highest ethical standards. In particular, it seeks to ensure compliance with legislation and regulation, in a manner that is beyond reproach. The code is binding on every employee, officer, director, contractor and supplier and on all officers and directors of any entity which is owned or controlled by Growthpoint, as are our mission and value statements.
