With over 30 years of experience as an executive in the real estate industry, Wouter brings a wealth of expertise with his background in real estate fund management, investments, investment banking, asset management, capital markets, private equity, and wealth management. Before joining Growthpoint, Wouter was with Investments and Private Banking at Investec for over 17 years, followed by Talana Capital and De Vos Capital. Wouter was also the CEO of Atterbury Property Fund from 2015 to 2019.
