Clifford was previously an operational executive with over 20 years of experience in a corporate setup and spent several years in the SABMiller stable, holding increasingly senior operational roles. He was responsible for a remit of R9bn revenue and 2600 across key brewery plants and four depots. He currently serves as Chair of Nampak’s Remuneration Committee and was previously the Chair of Adcock Ingram and member of their Remuneration Committee.

She has also held two CIO roles with Anglo American and Old Mutual, where she was involved in the development, definition, and implementation of the ICT strategy, as well as major ERP projects such as SAP and Oracle, and the Compass insurance platform across these organisations. She serves on the Shoprite Holdings and Sasfin Holdings Board and is Chair of the Sasfin RemCo. Eileen also holds a Post Graduate Diploma – Digital Business.

He was instrumental in the listing of Attacq on the JSE in 2013 and the company’s conversion to a REIT in 2018. Before joining Attacq he was the Chief Risk Officer at WesBank serving on the Executive Management team. Melt had several credit-related roles at FirstRand Limited and Nedbank Group Limited.
